We'll be tapping on this day two of the four limited release small batch cider blends by Revel Cider as part of their 1 yr anniversary celebration! The first keg to be tapped is Oud Blanc. Tasting notes below.
Oud Blanc - 9%
A cider version of the sour beer style 'Oud Bruin'. This is a blend of wild fermented Reisling and 100% Brett fermented cider (made with 10 strains of Brett which creates layers of funky flavours). Mouth puckeringly sour and the funkiest cider we've made yet. The Reisling portion is barrel fermented and aged for 8 months in one of our cider barrels.
